Building the Arm

I built the next two axis out of plywood and steel brackets. This enables the arm to pivot around on the existing axis on the back of the suit, and also lean up and down.
The pulleys for this axis are made of plywood with aluminium strip covering the edges – this is much lighter than the steel sprockets I’d previously used. The next axis is ready to allow the arm to pull outwards.
I’ve now rebuilt the forearm so it has less steel in it, and attached it to the existing two shoulder axes to make all four arm axes.
